Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-20
Using Plouf-Plouf means you accept these terms.
Purpose
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to plouf-plouf.app and the services it provides.
Service description
Plouf-Plouf is a free online random-draw tool. It lets you enter a list of participants, run a random draw, and share the result through a self-contained URL.
The service requires no registration or account.
Acceptance and changes
By using the service, you accept these Terms as currently published. The publisher reserves the right to update them at any time; the version that applies is the one published on this page at the time of your access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to transmit unlawful, abusive, or defamatory content, nor content that infringes the rights of others, nor to disrupt the operation of the service (automated load, intrusion attempts, aggressive scraping), nor to circumvent its technical limits.
The publisher reserves the right to restrict access in the event of abusive use.
Intellectual property
The source code, page layout, and illustrations specific to plouf-plouf.app are owned by Grimoire Studio or their respective authors. Any reproduction outside normal use of the service is prohibited without prior authorisation.
The name "plouf-plouf" refers to a traditional children's rhyme in the public domain and is not claimed as a trademark. This site is independent and unrelated to the historical plouf-plouf.fr site.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of availability or freedom from errors. The publisher is not liable for the consequences of any draw performed with the service: it is a convenience tool, not a legally certified fairness device.
For any draw with significant legal or financial stakes (official contest, regulated lottery), the organiser should rely on an accredited mechanism (bailiff's statement, official notary, etc.).
Personal data
The processing of personal data in the course of using the service is detailed in the Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
